避雷器是電力系統(tǒng)各類電氣設(shè)備(變壓器、電抗器、電容器、發(fā)電機(jī)、電動(dòng)機(jī)、PT、CT、斷路器、接觸器等)絕緣配合的基礎(chǔ)，由避雷器的保護(hù)性能確定電力系統(tǒng)所有電氣設(shè)備的內(nèi)外絕緣指標(biāo)(短時(shí)工頻耐壓、雷電沖擊耐壓和操作沖擊耐壓等)。 金屬氧化物避雷器，俗稱“氧化鋅避雷器”是20世紀(jì)八十年代由美、日等國(guó)開始在國(guó)際上普及推廣的新一代避雷器，是常規(guī)避雷器中最先進(jìn)的產(chǎn)品。我國(guó)八十年代中期全面引進(jìn)該項(xiàng)技術(shù)后，通過多年實(shí)踐消化，目前各專業(yè)避雷器廠的交流避雷器性能與美、日、西歐等國(guó)的最先進(jìn)產(chǎn)品差距并不大，真正達(dá)到了國(guó)際全部要求的產(chǎn)品也可以滿足國(guó)際IEC標(biāo)準(zhǔn)的全部要求。 該產(chǎn)品核心工作元件采用以氧化鋅為主的多元金屬氧化物粉末燒制，具有優(yōu)異的非線性狀-安特性，陡波響應(yīng)快，通流容量大。有間隙產(chǎn)品采用自吹間隙，帶均壓照射結(jié)構(gòu)，降低了放電的分散性，沖擊系數(shù)小。 復(fù)合絕緣外套的采用，順應(yīng)了國(guó)際電力產(chǎn)品小型化，安全化，免維護(hù)的發(fā)展趨勢(shì)。高分子有機(jī)復(fù)合材料與傳統(tǒng)的陶瓷和玻璃等無機(jī)材料相比，具有體積小、重量輕、耐污穢、免清掃、防爆防震動(dòng)的優(yōu)點(diǎn)。是集成化、模塊化的中高壓輸變電成套設(shè)備中首選的防雷元件。

Normal use condition

1、Ambient temperature: no higher than +40℃, not lower than -40 ℃;

2、Altitude: no more than 2000m;

3、Power frequency: 50±2Hz; 60±2Hz;

4、Earthquake intensity: 7 degrees and below;

5、Maximum wind speed: 35m/s;

6、Free cleaning conditions: moderate pollution and the following areas;

7、For gap-free products, the long-term applied power frequency voltage must not exceed the continuous operating voltage of the arrester;

8、For products with gaps, the short-term power frequency voltage rise of the installation point should not exceed the rated voltage of the arrester

長(zhǎng)期使用于以下異常條件，避雷器需特別制作，定貨時(shí)應(yīng)說明：

1、Temperature or altitude exceeds the standard (plateau, tropical, cold zone, fully enclosed cabinet, close to electric furnace, etc.);

2、Excessive moisture or corrosive gas impurities (water, salt fields, chemical plants, etc.) in the use environment;

3、 Strong ultraviolet radiation (plateau, strong sunshine area, etc.);

4、 Heavy pollution areas (mine face, construction site, etc.).
